Moving is often a tedious job, but at Gulf Coast we strive to make the move in process as simple as possible.

Gulf Coast Property Management wants all of our tenants to enjoy a smooth move in experience when taking occupancy of their residential property. After your application has been fully approved, your property manager will contact you to begin the leasing process. There are several steps associated with the move in process and we will work closely with you to keep everything on track.

  • Lease executed and remainder of deposit lodged
  • Tenant Handbook reviewed
  • Utilities connected
  • 1st month’s rent and all security deposits submitted
  • Inspection and orientation performed
